Below you will find the schedule of usage of the Ashburton Oval Pavilion lounge and kitchen area on the Ashburton Domain (off Park St).

The pavilion is available for hire by groups, clubs, childrens birthdays and other gatherings. We do not allow 21sts!

There is some more upgrades happening in the next months with new lighting, painting and more being done to the pavilion but you are still most welcome to enquire about dates and/or times.

Hire Charges

Fundamentally hire charges fall into the following hire levies

• Morning hire = $75
• Afternoon hire = $75
• Evening/nighttime hire = $75
• Hourly rate for less times = $25 an hour

Rules of Usage

Please leave the pavilion in the same condition as you found it.

• Either take rubbish with you or use black rubbish bags in bottom draw to tie and place in correct rubbish bins
• Do your dishes and put away!
• Unless instructed otherwise put tables and chairs back to where they started and stack trestles at end of room.
• Ensure all lights and heating turned off.
• Lock internal door to toilets and outside door.
• Return key
