Festival Headquarters
In general you can find the Festival Controller closeby the Mitre 10 Tent situated in front of the Walnut Ave pavilion, or call me if I'm wandering around the matches.
Toilets
There are public toilets behind the Walnut Avenue Pavilion (near Mitre 10 tent). There are also public toilets on the end of the Ashburton Oval Pavilion next to the Sound Shell.
We will also have two portaloos situated in the trees on Walnut Ave between the Oak Grove and AsCol No 2 pitches.
Please treat with respect and if issues re lack of toilet paer arise contact the Festival Controller.
Special Events
On the Tuesday evening at the conclusion of the T20 matches we invite all players, parents and supporters to a happy hour at the Ashburton Oval where we will be having a BBQ and refreshments for everyone.
We will also have the Canterbury Cricket inflatables and hopefully a speed gun for the players and their siblings to have some fun and weather permitting a cricket ball throw.
The perfect opportunity to renew acquaintances, make new ones and relax and enjoy a chat about the cricket, the weather and more (leave politics at home!).
There will be a donation box if parents would like to contribute $10 on behalf of their family towards the food and refreshments.
